How do I create message templates in payables app?

Message templates allow you to setup pre-defined messages. These are customized email templates that you can send to your suppliers.

Steps to create Email templates

  1. Log in and access Supplier Payments App from your Universal Navigation menu bar. 
  2. Click on “More ->Settings” icon located at the App header bar.

  3. Click on "Email -> Email Templates the from left navigation panel.

  4. Click on "Create" button to create a new message template.
  5. Provide the following information:
    • Template - Name of the message template
    • Subject - Message template subject
    • Message - Content of message template

  6. Click on “Create” button to complete.

  7. You can update the created email template information by clicking on "Edit" icon, if needed.
