How do I configure severity in work orders app?

Work Orders App allows you to create own severity(s) manually, by using "Severity" option, which is provided in the Settings section. By this severity, you can determine whether it's a minor or critical work order. 

Steps to Configure Severity

1. Log in and access Work orders app from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on "More(...)" icon and select "Settings" located in the app header bar.
   
3. Select "Severity" under "Work Orders" drop down found in the left navigation panel.
   
4. The Severity dashboard will be displayed. Click on “Create” button in the dashboard. 
   
5. You can view “Create Severity” popup, as shown in the image below.
• Severity - Name of severity.
• Description - Description of severity.
  
6. Click on “Create” button to complete.
   
7. You can also "Edit", "Enable" or "Disable" a severity in the dashboard.
