How do I configure urgency in work orders app?

Work Orders App allows you to create urgency(s) manually, by customizing "Urgency" tab which is provided in settings. Urgency is used to mention the level of urgency of WO's.  Urgency indicates how quickly this work order must be resolved. Urgency is usually closely related to severity.

The following steps will make it clearer.

Steps to Configure Urgency

  1. Log in and access Work Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "More(...)" icon and select "Settings" located in the app header bar.

  3. Select "Urgency" under "Work Orders" drop down found in the left navigation panel.

  4. The Urgency dashboard will be displayed. Click on "Create" button.

  5. Create Urgency popup will be displayed. Click on “Create” button and specify:
    • Urgency - Name of the urgency option.
    • Description - Description about the urgency.

  6. Click on “Create” button to complete.
  7. You can view the created urgency as shown in the image below:

  8. You can update urgency information by clicking on "Edit" icon, if needed.
  9. You can also disable the created urgency, by clicking on the "Disable" icon.
