According to Investopedia, Market is a medium that allows buyers and seller of a specific good or service to interact in order to facilitate an exchange. This type of market may either be a physical marketplace where people come together to exchange goods and services in person, as in a bazaar or shopping center, or a virtual market wherein buyers and sellers do not interact, as in an online market.

Apptivo Leads App, by default provides you with an option to create a new market while creating a new Lead or editing a lead.

Lets take a quick look at how to create or add a new market.

Steps to Create New Market

Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
Click on “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.
Click on “Leads" drop down and select "Markets & Segments” from the left navigation panel.
Click on "Create" button and specify:
- Name - Name of the market.
- Description - Description about the market.
Click on "Create" button to complete.
By default the created market will be in enabled mode.
You can update market information by clicking on "Edit" icon, if needed.
