How do I Delete a Case?

Cases app allows you to delete the cases which you have created earlier. It also allows you to restore the deleted cases using an option called Archived.

Steps to Delete a Case

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Show All" from "List" Drop down in left navigation panel.
  3. You can view all your cases in the dashboard.
  4. Select one or More cases by using the Checkbox.Click on “Bulk Action” Tab and then "Delete" Option.
  5. You can view the "Warning" pop-up as shown in the image below: 
  6. Click on “Yes” button to delete.
