How do I customize Call Logs on the Home Page?

Views are filters that are easily accessible. Views can be configured and set as per your needs, and also you can view them either by table view or list view.

Hide my call logs

You can hide the "Call logs" option from the home dashboard left navigation panel. Just enable the "Hide" button against "My Call logs".

Steps to customize views

  • Log in to your account and click on the User Menu. Click on "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.

  • On the Preferences page, click on "Collaboration" from the left navigation panel.
Preferences
  • Click on the "Call Logs" dropdown for more options. You can view two view options: Table View and List View.
  • You must switch on the toggle for at least one view to be shown in the home dashboard.
Multiple Views
  • You will see the enabled views in the header bar of call logs as shown in the image below:
