How do I Create Message Templates in Credit Notes App?

The Credit Notes App lets you note customers easily, and integrates with sales information already stored. You can create a note for a Credit purchase, Over payment, Product return.

          Credit purchase: If your customer needs credit purchase from you. You can create a credit purchase credit note for him. So this amount can also be applied when creating invoice or sales receipts.

          Overpayment: If your customer makes an advance payment to you, then you can create and maintain as an overpayment credit note. So this amount can also be applied when creating invoice or sales receipts.

          Product Return: If your customer returns a product, you can hold and manage that amount as a product return credit note. So this amount can also be applied when creating invoice or sales receipts.

Steps to Create Email Templates

  1. Log in and access Credit Notes App from your Universal Navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More -> Settings" from App Header bar.

  3. You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on Email Templates from Email settings drop-down in the left navigation panel. 
  4. Email templates page will be opened.

  5. Click on Create button to create new template and specify,   
    • Template - Name of the Email template.
    • Subject - Email template subject.
    • Message - Content of Email template.

  6. Click on “Create” button to complete. 
  7. You can update Email template information by clicking on "Edit" icon if needed.
