How do I Create an Estimate for Both Items and Services?

The Estimates App is a simple way to provide sales quotes to your customers. You can track sales opportunities, generate estimates for them, and then convert this estimate into an invoice or work order once completed.

Steps to Create Estimate for Both Items and Services

1. Log in and access Estimates App from your universal navigation menu bar.  
2. Click on “Settings”  icon located at the app header bar. 
    
3. Click on "Default Estimate Lines" under "Estimates" drop down located in the left navigation panel.
   
4. You can enable “Allow users to select the lines they want, while creating an Estimate” check box to choose your preferred estimate line at the time of creating an estimate. 
5. Enable "Display both services and items" to create an estimate for both services and items. 
   
6. Click on “Create New Estimate” button from estimates home page. 
   
7. You can view “Create Estimate” pop up as shown in the image below: 
    
8. Click on “Continue” button to continue creating an estimate.
9. You can view the estimate creation page with the Services and Products/Items as shown in the image below:
