How do I delete my account?

Paid users, please downgrade your account to the Standard Free plan before proceeding. Only superusers will be able to process the delete function.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  • To delete an account, select the User Menu from the top right corner of your Apptivo page.
  • Select Business Settings.

  • You will be redirected to the Business Settings page. Here, select Delete Account from General List.

  • The Delete Account page will materialize. You can list out the reason on why you want to proceed with deleting your account.

  • Tick the checkbox for “I understand that deleting account can't be undone and the data I delete can't be restored”.
  • The Delete Account button is enabled. Click it to complete the process.

  • You will receive a notification confirming that your account has been deleted.

  • On clicking ok, you will be redirected to the Apptivo Login page.

  • You will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address as shown in the image below:

Note: If your account has multiple businesses associated with it, deleting your account in one business does not delete your account completely with Apptivo. On the contrary, only the selected business will be deleted.
