How do I send a work order to customer?

- Log in and access the Work Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on “By Queue” and select “My Work Orders” from the left navigation panel.
- The My Work Orders dashboard will be displayed. Click on "More Details(...)" icon of the work order to be sent.
- You can view the "Overview" page of the work order.
- Click on the “Send” button to proceed.
- You can view the “Send Email” side panel. The customer’s email address will be listed automatically in the To Email field.
