How do I Create Email Templates in Customer payments App?

The Customer Payments App is a place to store all records of payments received from your customers. This app works together with the Invoices App to separate your billing from payment collection.

Steps to Create Email Template

  1. Log in and access Customer Payments App from your Universal Navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More(...) -> Settings” icon located at the App header bar.

  3. Click on “Email -> Email Templates” from the Left navigation panel.

  4. Click on "Create" button to create a new email template and specify:
    • Template - Name of the email template.
    • Subject - Mail template subject.
    • Message - Content of message template.

  5. Click on “Create” button to complete.
  6. You can update the message template information by clicking on "Edit" icon, if needed.
