How do I Customize Default Assignee for Cases?

Steps to Customize Default Assignee for cases

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "More" icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.
  3. Click on  “Number Generation” from the left navigation panel.
  4. You can view “Default Assignee” section, as shown in the image below.

  5. Click on “Change” button to select an employee as default assignee.
  6. Click on "Select" button to include default case assignee.
