How do I Duplicate a Lead?

Apptivo Leads App allows you to reuse the existing contact details by duplicating a Lead. Instead of creating a new Lead with the same details, you can duplicate the existing one using the option called Duplicate.

Let’s quickly go through the steps to find out how to duplicate a lead.

Steps to duplicate a Lead

• Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Select an existing lead you would like to duplicate.

• On the lead overview page, you can view the duplicate button.
• Click on the duplicate button to duplicate the lead.

• You can view the Create Lead page with the auto-populated existing lead’s information.

• Click on the “Create” button to complete.
