Apptivo's Work Orders app allows the user to customize his settings. Here you can create Work Orders only for your services, by customizing the settings. The following steps will help you customize your settings so you view only your services offered.
Steps to Create a Work Order for Services
- Log in and access the Work orders app from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the "More(...)" icon and select "Settings" located in the app header bar.
- Select "Work Order Lines" under the "Work Orders" dropdown present in the left navigation panel.
- You can enable “Allow users to select the lines they want" while creating a Work order to choose your preferred work order line at the time of creating work orders.
- Now, select “Display only services” to create work orders with services alone.
- When you click on the “Create” button from the work order home, you can view the “Create Work Order” popup with Services selected by default.
- Click on the “Continue” button to create a work order.
- You can view the work order creation page with services.
