How do I Customize Data Level Access in Patents App?

The Patents App allows you to organize patents your company owns, link patents directly to upcoming ideas, and organize activities surrounding the task of acquiring and maintaining your patent.

Patents App General Settings

  1. Log in and access Patents App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Settings” icon located at the app header bar.

  3. Click on “Security -> Access level” from the left navigation panel.
  4. You can view “Patent Access Level” as shown in the image below:
    • Everyone with access to Patents App
    • Specific Employees

  5. Select any of the access level(All or Employees).

  6. The changes will be updated automatically.
