As a user of Apptivo CRM, if you want to import contacts from your Google accounts into your Contacts app, it can be done with a few clicks.
Contacts App allows you to import the contacts from your own resource using the Import option. This will minimize your time of creating Contacts manually. Have a look!
Steps to Import Contacts from Gmail
- Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the More icon and select Import located at the app header bar.
- Here, Click on ‘From Google’ from the left navigation panel.
- You will be redirected to the new browser window where you can enter your Google account's user name and password, click on the “Sign in” button.
- Browser window requests for access permission, click on the Allow button.
- Import Contacts From the Google page appears. Here, you can see the contacts associated with your Google account.
- You can also enable Create contact groups as categories in Apptivo to add the selected records as a separate Category in Apptivo. It is optional.
- Click on the Done button to complete. You can see the import process is in progress. You will be notified that the import is complete.
- You can view the contacts created in the Contacts App.
