How do I create employee range in customers app?

You want to select a few employees to be a part of your marketing campaign. How do you select them. One of the ways is to create an employee range.  Here you need to give the start employee id and end of the range of employee id.


Steps to Create Employee Range
  1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.

  2. Click on “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

  3. Click on "Customers" Drop down and Select “Employees Range” from left navigation panel.

  4. Click on “Create” button to create a new range and specify:
    • From - Starting employee range number
    • To - Ending employee range number

  5. Click on “Create” button to complete.
  6. By default the created employees range will be in enabled mode.
  7. You can also update range information by clicking on "Edit" icon, if needed.
