How do I create tags in customers app?

Tags are labels attached to the Customer app. These help you to organize the customers in a personalized way. You can create multiple tags from the creation page and also update the existing ones.

For instance: If an employee wants to view all the customers with high priority, then an "App Tag" with the name "High-Value Customers" can be created.

Steps to Follow

  • Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on More (...) icon and select the Settings.
Customers

  • On the Settings page, click on General and select the Tags.
  • In Tags dashboard, you can view:
    • App Tags (Available only in this app)
    • Global Tags (Available globally on all apps)






Settings

  • Click on Create and specify the Tag Name – Name of the tag.
  • Click on “Create” to complete.

  • The new App Tag will get created.
