How do I create my views in Customers App?

Customers app from Apptivo helps you to manage your business and the ales customers. And this is one of the most important apps of the Apptivo CRM apps. With that, you can customize the views of the customer’s app as per your preferences. You can customize the views like filters to show particular information based on certain criteria.

Steps to create

  • Login and access the Customers App from the universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.

  • In the Settings Page, click on the Customize App and select the Views.

  • Click on the Create button under the Left Panel Views.

  • In the Create View, add the Title and Description.

  • You can select the required Privilege from the dropdown.
  • Select the List Layout that required to be customized from the dropdown.

  • In the criteria section, select the attribute from the dropdown.
  • Here, the unsubscribed list has to show in the customized view list.

  • Now, click on the Create button.

  • Once the list is created, you can view the created list on the left panel views.
View Created
  • Now, go to the Customers App home page, you can view the created list under the shared view.
  • By clicking on the Unsubscribed list, you can view the list of customers who have unsubscribed their emails.

  • By using the Display Toggle, you can hide the created view.

  • Now, the unsubscribed list view will not be visible in the left panel view.

HOW TO DELETE CUSTOM VIEWS IN CUSTOMERS APP?

  • To delete the view, click on More→ Settings from the App Header Bar.
  • The User will be directed to the Settings Page. Click on “Customize App → Views” from the Left Navigation Panel.
  • One can see the list of custom views along with the delete icon on the action column.
  • The user can click on the “Delete” icon to delete the custom view which is no longer needed.CUSTOMERS
  • Upon successful deletion, a confirmation alert will be displayed.

Note:

  • If the custom view is deleted, it will be removed for all the users.
  • If the view is associated with the Scheduled report or default view or both, the user needs to remove the association in order to proceed with the deletion of that corresponding view.
