How do I view To Follow Up Cases?

First you need to configure “Views” settings in order to enable To Follow Up in cases app home dashboard.

Steps to View Follow Up Cases

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Select "Lists" drop down. Click on “To Follow Up” from left navigation panel.

  3. You can view the following list of options:
    • My Follow ups
      You can view all your scheduled follow up cases in this dashboard. Click on More Details” icon to overview case information.
      My Followup 
    • My Employees Follow ups
      You can view all your employees scheduled follow up cases in this dashboard. Click on “Filter” field to search follow ups based on employees. Click on More Details” icon to overview case information.
      My Employees Followup 
    • My Teams Follow ups
      You can view all your teams scheduled follow up cases in this dashboard. Select any team to view follow up cases. Click on “More Details” icon to overview case information.

How do I Schedule Follow Up for Cases in CRM?

Cases App allows you to schedule follow up for all your cases for your future reference with the date and description about the follow up session.You can make use of this option using Cases App -> Case -> Schedule Follow Up.
