How do I Upgrade My Account Using Credit Cards?

You can upgrade your plan at any time in Apptivo. You can view the Pricing Plans and the Feature List here. Apptivo allows you to pay for your plan purchase inside the app. You can pay either using a Credit Card or PayPal. Let’s walk through the steps to upgrade your account using Credit Cards.
Steps to Upgrade Account
- Log in to your account. From the User Menu at the top right corner, select Manage Your Account.
- You will be redirected to the Manage Your Account page. Here, select Licenses → Plan History. Here, you can find the information on your current plan along with your previous plan history. To Upgrade your account, click on the “Upgrade” button on the top right corner.
- On clicking Upgrade, you will be redirected to the available plans (Premium & Ultimate). Here, you can choose the plan as per your preference along with the term of renewal (Monthly or Yearly) and click on the Next button.
- After deciding the plan, you’ll have to add in the # Number of licenses you require and click on the Next button.
- Before making the payment, you can see the complete summary. The selected plan, term, number of licenses, and the price will be listed. Select either one of the two available options to complete the transaction. Here, Credit Card.
- Once you click on Pay Now, it will ask you to fill in your card details. And after filling your card details, click on the Make Payment button.
- Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message.
- The new plan will then reflect on your account.
