How do I send email to contacts?

Email communication is one of the most sought after communication in the business world. The reason is emails are delivered to the contact in matter of no time compared to the traditional post. Some of the most common advantages of business email over traditional mails or tele-communications are

  • Target marketing - Email communications makes it possible for businesses to initiate marketing campaigns to targeted audiences. Its believed that customers who receive targeted emails based on their tastes and preferences are more receptive.
Contacts App allows you to send Email to your Contacts using an option called Email, which is provided in all contacts’ view pages by Default.

Steps to Send Email to Contacts

  1. Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Select "List" drop down and then Click on “Show All” from the left navigation panel.
  3. You can view all contacts in the dashboard.

  4. Click on "More Details" icon to overview information. 
  5. Click on “Email” button in overview page.

  6. You can View "Send Email" popup emerges, in which provide subject (Mandatory), message and internal notes, if needed. 
  7. Click on “Send” button to complete.
