How do I view quick links in contacts app?

The links that opens up the pages that you regularly use are known as Quick Links.
Contacts App allows you to view quick links of all the Apps related to it.

Steps to View Quick Links

1. Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar. 
2. Select "Useful Links" drop down. Click on “Quick Links” from the left navigation panel. 
   
    
3. You can view default and custom added quick links in the drop down. 
4. Click on link to view web page. For instance: Customer app documentation. 
5. You can view “Customer app documentation” in a separate tab, as shown below:
