Where do I find views shared by others in leads app?

There are times when you would have to view the information entered by other users to make a business decision or create a business strategy. Apptivo Leads App allows you to look at the Views shared by others using the concept of Shared Views.

Lets quickly go through the steps to find shared views.

Steps to find shared views

1. Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Select "Lists" drop down. Click on “Shared Views” from the left navigation panel.
   
3. The menu will expand to show a list of all shared views (of your Employees).
4. Click on the (...) More option to view shared contacts in detail
   
5. You can also  delete shared views using “Delete” option through the Bulk Action.
