How do I Generate Cases Transferred within a Team Report?

Cases app allows you to view the reports as per your needs. If a case is assigned to one of the members of your team, you can check those cases using an option called "Cases transferred within a team".

Lets go through the steps to understand better.

Steps to Get Cases Transferred within a Team

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your Universal Navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Reports” icon located at the app header bar.

  3. Click on “Cases Transferred within a Team” in "Cases Reports" from the left navigation panel.

  4. Provide the following information:
    • Receiving Email id – Email address (authenticated email address) from which the cases are created.
    • Team – Name of the team.
    • Start Date – Start date.
    • End Date – End date.

  5. Click on "View Report" button to view case reports in a dashboard.
  6. Click on "Export" button to view reports in a spreadsheet.
