How do I Include Customer Contact in Opportunities?

There are times when a contact will skip the sales process and become an opportunity. Similarly, if a customer wants to buying something else above what he has already purchased. It becomes an up-sale and that customer will be moved to the opportunity. Here we look at how to move the customer and contacts to opportunity app.

Opportunities App
allows you to select the Customer and Contact while creating opportunity. You can also create new Customer and Contact while creating the opportunity.

Steps to Include Customer Contact in Opportunities

  1. Log in and access Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Create” button from left navigation panel.

  3. You can view "Customer" and "Contact" fields on create opportunity page:
    • Customer – Name of the customer. Select customer using "Search" icon or click on “+” icon to add new customer.

    • Contact – Name of the contact. Once you select a customer, this field will auto fetches contacts associated with selected customer. Either select a contact using "Search" icon, or create a new contact using "+" icon.

  4. Provide all information related to opportunities.

  5. Click on “Create” button to complete.
