How do I view to follow up questions?

Steps to view follow up questions:-

1. Log in and access Answers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “To Follow Up” from the left navigation panel.
    
3. You can view the following:

• My Follow-ups

  You can view all your scheduled answers follow up in this dashboard.

  

• My Employees Follow-ups

  You can view all your employees scheduled leads follow up in this dashboard.
  Click on “Filter” field to search follow ups based on employees.

  
• My Teams Follow-ups

  You can view all your teams scheduled follow up answers in this dashboard. Select any team to view follow up Answers.
