How do I create my views in Answers App?

  • Log in and access the Answers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Perform either a simple search or advanced search from the search bar.

  • You can view the search results as shown in the image below:

  • You can click on the "Please Choose" button in the “Display” field and select fields you would like to view in a table format.
  • Click on "Save as View" button and specify:
    • View Name – Name of the Answer.
    • Share With Other Users – Click “ON” to share views with others if needed.
Create View

  • Click on the "Save" button to complete.
  • Here, we have created a view in the name of "Created By Caroline".
  • Click on the "My Views" → Created By Caroline from the left navigation panel on the Answers page.
  • You can view the created view.
