You can view your project tasks. While creating a time sheet, if you overcome these three steps:
Step 1: Tasks should be billable.
- Create a new project and create tasks.
- Make sure to mark tasks as billable.
Step 2: Tasks should be assigned to you.
Step 3: Select appropriate project period and customer.
- Log in and access Timesheets App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Configure settings to create a timesheet with a single project.
- Click on “Create Timesheet” button, select “From Project” from the left navigation panel.
- Fill in the following information:
- Customer – Search and select your existing customer. If you select a customer, you can view the projects associated with that customer only.
- Start date and End date – Select Start date and End date from date picker. This interval should match with project tasks duration.
- Period – Duration of the project. You can customize "Timesheet Periods" as "Standard or Pre-defined periods".
- Approver – Name of the approver of timesheet. Here “Project Manager” will be pre populated. Project – You can view a list of projects associated with the selected customer.
- Task – Tasks associated with the project. (Note: You can view only billable tasks).
