Any reason for Contacts Created automatically in my Account.

There are a couple of reasons for automatic contact creation in your account.

Reason 1: IMAP Integration

When your authenticated email address (Cases App) receives an email from email providers, it will be created as a case.  Simultaneously, the contact will also be created with the receiving email.

Reason 2: Google Integration

If Calendar sync is enabled, events created for guest contact (i.e., who is not an employee in your Apptivo account) will be created as a contact in Contacts App.
