How do I edit job titles in employees app?

Employees App allows you to create a new employee and add job titles to them. Job title can be related to their designation. You can also edit an job title by customizing it.

Steps to edit job titles

  1. Log in and access Employees app from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Settings” icon located at the app header bar.

  3. Click on “Job Titles” from the left navigation panel.

  4. Click on “Edit”icon against the job title you would like to update: 
  5. You can update the following information:
    • Job Code - Code for a job title.
    • Name - Name of the job title.
    • Description - Description about the job title.
    • Enabled Flag - This job title will be enabled in the employee edit page. (Note: you cannot view the job title if “Enabled Flag” is disabled)

  6. Click on “Update” button to complete.
