How do I view customers with my preferred column sets?

There are times when the marketing/sales team members would want to view only specific columns of customers for the purpose of analysis and to create marketing strategies. That is possible in Apptivo Customers App.

View Column Set - This feature allows you to customize your contact fields as a section as per your requirement. You can easily access your preferred section quickly to save your custom views. In order to save custom columns your account requires the premium or enterprise plans.

This is the common feature found in CRM apps such as Contacts, Customers, Cases, Leads and Opportunities.

Steps to Customize Column Set

  1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.
  3. Click on “View Column Sets” from left navigation panel.
  4. You can add your own column set, click on “+” icon.
  5. Customize column set with your preferred fields.
  6. Choose fields from “Display” dropdown.
  7. For instance: We have created “Segmentation” column set, added “Name”, “Category”, “Tags”, “Market”, “Segment”, “Territory”, “Industry”, as shown in the image below:
  8. You can also hide the options by uncheck the field, if needed as shown in the image below:

View Customers by Column Set

  1. After customization, go to "Customers App" dashboard.
  2. Click on “Show All” from left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Display” dropdown, and select “Segmentation”.
  4. You can view the result as shown in the image below:
