How do I View Cases with my Preferred Column Sets?

View Column Set 

This feature allows you to customize your contact fields as a section as per your requirement. You can easily access your preferred section quickly to save your custom views. You can also re-order the column(fields) to ensure that field like "Priority" always shown first.

In order to save custom columns, your should have either a  premium or enterprise plans.

This is the common feature found in CRM apps such as Contacts, Customers, Cases, Leads, and Opportunities.

Steps to Customize Column Set in Cases App

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More” More Icon  icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.
  3. Select "Customize App" drop down and then Click on “List Layouts” from the left navigation panel.

  4. You can add your own column set, click on “+” icon.
  5. Customize column set with your preferred fields.
  6. Choose fields from “Display” drop down.
  7. For instance: We have created “SLA” column set, added “#Case”, “Status”, “Type”, “Priority”, “Assigned to”, “SLA”, “Description”,”Modified on”, "Customer" as shown in the image below:

  8. You can also hide the options by uncheck the field if needed as shown in the image below:
  9. Click and drag to re-order the column as shown in the image below:

View customers by column set

  1. After customization, go to Cases App dashboard.
  2. Click on “Show All” from the left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Display” dropdown, and select “SLA”.
