How do I change the credit card information?

Apptivo allows you to change your credit card information whenever you want right from the Manage Your Account page. Let’s go through the steps to change the credit card information.

Steps to change the Credit Card Information

• Log in to your Apptivo account. Click on the User Menu located at the top header and select “Manage Your Account” from the dropdown list.

• Click on Licenses → "Payment Information" from the left navigation panel.
• Here, select the "Change Credit Card" button.

• You can view "Change your Credit Card Details" as shown in the image below:

• Provide new information relating to the credit card.
• Click on the "Update Credit Card" button to update the information.
