How do I delete a record payment?

In Invoices App, for the paid invoices you can make a record called  payment in payments tab. You can also delete the record payment.  The following steps will guide you to delete the record. The deleted record will be archived and you can restore it if required

  1. Log in and access Invoices App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Select an existing invoice which has already recorded payment.
  3. Click on "Payments" icon and click on "Delete" icon as shown in the image below:

  4. You can view the warning pop confirms to delete the record payment as shown in the image below:

  5. The record payment has been deleted, simultaneously the receivable will also be deleted in Receivables App.
