The My Agenda section of Apptivo allows users to create their agenda to run their business without any struggle and provides different views for them to reach their needs.
Hide my agenda
Apptivo enables you to personalize your agenda by providing the toggle button, which allows you to disable the “My Agenda” feature. By using this feature, you can hide your agenda as per your needs.
Steps to customize List view of “my agenda”
- Log in to your Apptivo account and select User Menu from the top right corner.
- Select “Preferences.” from the dropdown menu.
- Now go to “Collaboration,” located on the left navigation panel.
- Select “My Agenda,” and you will be given two options in the dropdown menu where you can change the layout to Calendar View or List View.
- You can enable both views on “My Agenda.” Use the toggle button to enable or disable the List or calendar views according to your business purpose.
- Since the List View has been disabled, the layout of “My Agenda” is displayed in the calendar view.
