How to remove the News Feed from home dashboard as a Non-Super User?

When you access your account, you see several pages that organize all of your various activities & collaboration data like Agenda, News Feed, Calendar, and Tasks. Some businesses might want to remove a feature, like “My Work Queue”, or maybe they want to ensure that “Calendar” is always shown first. Using preferences, each employee can customize which pages appear, and the order they appear in.

Steps to customize Collaboration Using Preferences

  • Log in to your account. Click on the User Menu located at the top right corner.
  • Click on the Preferences from the dropdown menu.
Home Page

  • Click on “Collaboration” from the left navigation panel. You can Enable/Disable objects from the home dashboard.
  • All the activities are enabled by default.
Settings

  • For instance: Consider disabling the News Feed from the home dashboard by disabling the toggle.

  • Now, the "News Feed" menu has been removed from the home page.
Updated Home Page

Note: It will not remove the News Feed notifications. You can view all notification once you restore it.
