You can upgrade your account for a free 30-day trial to access all the special features such as custom attributes, message templates, etc.
If you are a standard plan user, you cannot access special features. When you try to access them, you will be alerted with the pop up as shown in the image shown. Click on the Upgrade button to upgrade your account.
- You can view the Plan & Payment Method pop up.
- Select the Plan and enter your card details.
- You can change the billing method by clicking on the yearly to monthly plan link.
- Your billing method will get changed to a monthly plan.
- Then, enter the card details and click on the Upgrade button.
- You will be getting the payment confirmation details with the plan details.
- Then, you will receive a confirmation message once the plan is upgraded.
- Now, click on the User Menu and select the Manage Your Account option.
- You will be navigated to the Manage Your Account page.
- Here, you can view the Plan details.
- You can download the invoice by clicking on the download arrow icon.
