How do I generate projects activities report?

Activities report

Activities report allow you to retrieve detail activities information about the selected app (or) generate report from all apps. Activities like follow up, task, call logs and appointments can be generated to view in a spreadsheet form.

Steps to view all activities report

  1. Log in and access Projects app from your universal navigation menu bar.

  2. select “Reports icon located at the app header bar.
  3. You can view “General Reports” in left navigation panel.
  4. Click on “Activities Report” in general reports section.
  5. Provide the following information:
    • All App - Select an app (or) "All" apps to view activities associated. For instance: All
    • Project Name – Click on Search icon to select a project.
    • Employees - Select an employee (or) "All" employees to view activity assigned to them. For instance: All
    • Activity Type - Choose an activity type (or) select "All" to view activities. For instance: All Start
    • Date - Provide start date.
    • End Date - Provide end date.
  6. Click on "View Report" button to view report in dashboard.
  7. Click on "Export" button to view report in spreadsheet format.
