How do I schedule follow up for projects?

The follow up feature makes it simple to keep track of future dates where you’ll need to perform an activity for a project.

Steps to create follow ups

  1. Log in to Projects App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Create or select any project and overview it to view more information.
  3. Click on “More Details” icon to overview project's information.

  4. You can view projects "Overview" page, click on “My Follow ups” tab.

  5. Click on "Create Follow up" button.

  6. You can view “Create Follow up” popup as shown below:

  7. Provide the following information including:
    • Follow up date – Select a follow up daHow do I schedule follow up for projects?te from the calendar.
    • Reminder time – Set the reminder time.
    • Assigned To – Select an employee to be assigned.
    • Description – Provide description for the follow up.
  8. Click on “Create” button to complete.
Note: You can also view the created follow ups on home dashboard.
