Do each of my employees have to pay for their own account?

No, we are not allowing employees to pay for their own account, if you upgrade your business account from "Manage your Account", you will be automatically asked for licenses count.
If you signed up as a premium user at the end of your 30 day trial you need to upgrade your account with number of licenses needed for your business count.
