How do I view my subordinates events?

You can show your calendar to your employees by configuring "Collaboration Security" in "Business Setting". Enable "Show all events to everyone" in calendar setting.

Steps to show all events to everyone

  1. Log in to your account and click on your name located at the top right corner of the header bar.

  2. Click on “Business Settings” from the listed options.
  3. You will find the set of configuration features in the left column and their actual attribute values in the right column.
  4. Click on "Collaboration Security" from left navigation panel.

  5. Enable "Show all events to everyone" option below the "Calendar".

  6. Now create a event, your user or subordinate can view your event.

For Instance: Log in as an employee or log in an employee account.

Now, access "Calendars" from left navigation panel, click on tiny arrow for advance search to view "All Events" as shown in the image below:
