How do I show my call logs to my employees?

You can show your call logs to your employees by configuring "Collaboration Security" in "Business Setting". Enable "Show all call log to everyone" in calendar setting.

Steps to show all call logs to everyone

  1. Log in to your account and click on your name located at the top right corner of the header bar.

  2. Click on “Business Settings” from the listed options.
  3. You will find the set of configuration features in the left column and their actual attribute values in the right column.
  4. Click on "Collaboration Security" from left navigation panel.

  5. Enable "Show all call logs to everyone" option from "Call logs" section.

  6. Now create a call log, your user or subordinate can view your call log.

For Instance: Log in as an employee or log in an employee account.

Now, access "Call logs" from left navigation panel, click on tiny arrow for advance search to view "All Call logs" as shown in the image below:
