Can I Manually Enter Customer Number rather than Auto Assign?

Yes, Apptivo CRM allows you to enter customer number manually at time of customer record creation. This allows you to edit the "Customer#" field in "Customer Information".

Steps to Enter Customer Number Manually

  1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More icon and select “Settingssettings located at the app header bar.
  3. Click on "Numbering" from left navigation panel.
  4. Set "No" to auto generate option. It will allow you to enter customer number.

  6. Now, you can enter value in "Customer#" on the customer creation page.


  • You can also edit "Customer#" from customer view page.
  • If you set "Yes" for auto generate then "Customer#" field will be grayed out.
