I can't activate the Google app sync button. Is it because I'm still on a trial period ?

In order to enable contact sharing for your account, you need to follow the steps given below:

  1. Install Apptivo apps from marketplace app: http://www.apptivo.com/contacts-sharing-new/basic-setup/adding-apptivo/.
  2. You can use the same domain address for installing the application. 
  3. This will direct you to import users from Google and enable contact sharing.
