How do I view opportunities sales pipeline with currency conversion?

This is a prominent feature of Apptivo Opportunities App and a much needed one too if you wish to expand your business across the globe. For those small business owners who already have  lucrative overseas clients, this feature will help them to set up currency convert rates with ease.

The conversion rates that are included in "Currencies" can be viewed at the time of generating sales pipeline.

• Setting Up Conversion Rates - You must Set up conversion rates used to convert currencies.
• Currency Conversion Functionality - The currency conversion rates that you set up are used by opportunities sales pipeline.

Steps to View Sales Pipeline

1. Log in and access Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Select "Dashboard" drop down. Click on "12 Months Pipeline" from left navigation panel.
   
3. You will view opportunities that are about to be closed in the current month. Basically, the pipeline chart displays the opportunities by converting the amount into the base currency.

Here is a quick example of displaying pipeline with currency conversion. Firstly, the pipeline chart is generated with the attributes "Amount" and "Probability".

Opportunity revenues created in different currencies will be converted to default/base currency "USD". There are four opportunities created with different currencies, the opportunity revenue are calculated and blue bar in the chart represents the total revenue accumulated from four opportunities.

Conversion Rates for currencies

1. Click on your account name located at the top right corner of the header bar.
2. Click on "Business Settings" to customize multi currency.
3. Click on "Currencies" from left navigation panel.
