How to create new competitor?

A prominent online business dictionary, 'businessdictionary.com', competitor is defined as " Any person or entity which is a rival against another. In business, a company in the same industry or a similar industry which offers a similar product or service."

It further explains that the prices of goods/services will be reduced when there are many competitors as the companies compete among themselves to gain a larger market share.

As a small business owner, you would be aware of the fact that every organization has unique set of competitors.  Opportunities app helps you to see the list of your organization's competitors. Lets take a quick walk through it.

Steps to create competitors

  1. Login and access Competitors App which is found in CRM category from universal navigation menu bar.

  2. Click on “Create Competitors” blue button found at the top left. 
    New competitor
  3. Enter the competitor name and additional description about the competitor.
  4. You can view the competitor record as shown in the image below:
