How do I view Loss analysis report?

Loss Analysis report displays a total number of opportunities lost, top reason for “Closed Lost,” and top employee for losses occurred. Every bar graph navigation has a drill down feature which will navigate you directly to the respective opportunities matrix page. 

To view the Loss Report, click on the left navigation panel -> Loss Analysis.

Loss Reasons

The top loss reasons for opportunities consolidates the reasons that have been entered in the respective field and generates top loss reasons in count as well as in amount.

Deals get lost for any number of reasons. Some of the common types of reasons are mentioned below:

  1. Lost Momentum
  2. Poor Qualification 
  3. Priorities Changed 
  4. Price too high
  5. Other
  6. Internal Build 
  7. Competition
  8. Inadequate Features

You can also input the competitor's name for a loss reason. Rank your loss reasons and come up with better practices to overcome those reasons.

Top Stages from where Losses Occur

Top stages for opportunities, the sales stage of lost opportunities are displayed in a chart with count as well as with amount.

Top Employees from where Losses Occur

Employees who met with more number of lost opportunities are consolidated and generated as a chartered report. This allows you to view the count of lost opportunities of particular employee easily.

The opportunities which are closed lost for the customers are displayed in the graph.
