How to Edit the Existing Site Information which I Already Created for Customers?

Customers app allows you to create new Sites and update the existing site information. The user can also edit the existing address. The last updated site information associated with the customer that the user entered will be saved.

Steps to Edit the Existing Sites Information

  • Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Select the “Customer” for whom you need to edit the “Sites” information.
Customers

  • Click on the “Sites” table on the customer Overview page.

  • When clicking on it, the “Site” panel appears. It provides you with the Customer's site information.
  • Change the details you want to modify by placing the cursor near the attribute which you need to modify. You will be viewing the "Edit" icon.
Sites

  • Modify the Information and click the "Save" button. The changes get updated.
