How do I disable feedback?

How to hide the feedback icon?

You can hide the feedback icon by navigating to the User Menu and selecting Business Settings from the top right.

  • This feature removes the Feedback icon from the Universal Navigation Header.

How to set Access Privilege for Feedback?

You can set the privilege for who can access the Feedbacks. These privileges are set from the Employees App.

  • You can enable the feedback icon by navigating to the User Menu and selecting Business Settings from the top right.

  • Here, go to Security → General Security → Enable the feedback toggle.

  • Select the dropdown for Privileges to see the Privileges available. If no privilege is set already, you can also select ‘create privilege’ to add a new privilege to the list.

  • In the Create Privilege page, add the name and description for the Privilege.

  • Once the privilege is created, you can set the created privilege as the privilege for the Feedback.

How to set the privilege for an Employee?

Since the privilege is created for the feedback, it is important to give privileged access to the Employees.

  • Go to Settings → Security → Roles. Here, select create a role to create a new role for the Employees.

  • In the Create role page, add a name and click on add to link the created privilege with the role.

  • You can add the privilege, Feedback Privilege from the Add Privilege page.

  • Once the privileges are saved, select create in the Create Role page.

  • Navigate to an Employee’s profile in the Employees App. In the App Access Privilege section, select add to set the privilege.

  • In the Add role page, select Feedback as a role.

  • The role is added for the Employee.

  • Now, the employees who have this role will have access to view the feedback icon and work on it.
