How do I disable feedback?

For a employee from the marketing team to see the customer feedback, he needs to be given access to the feedback section in Apptivo CRM module Customers App.

But at times you can disable the feedback for certain users. Lets quickly go through the steps. 

Steps to Hide Feedback Icon

  1. Log in to your account and click on Feedback icon located at the top right corner of the header bar.

  2. Click on “Business Settings” from the listed options.

  3. Click "General Security" from left navigation panel.
  4. Click "Feedback" and disable the toggle found at the right side.

Steps to Give Access Privilege to Feedback

  1. Click "General Security" from left navigation panel.
  2. Click "Feedback" and "Enable" the toggle found at the right side.

  3. Click on "Privilege" drop down.
  4. Click on "Create Privilege" option as shown in the image below:

  5. Enter the privilege name and create it.
  6. Assign the privilege to the employee from Employees App.

Steps to Assign Privilege to the Employee

  1. Log in and access Employees App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Settings” icon and select “Roles” from left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Create” button and specify a “Role Name” as “General Security Role”

  4. The created privilege would display in all category apps.
  5. Select “General Security Privilege” and click on “Save” button to save privilege.

  6. Select an employee you would like to give access to that created record in the privilege.
